In Studio class experience

Equipment needed
Barre
Please use a sturdy chair, the kitchen top or window ledge (safety first!).
Dumbbells
1kg or 1.5kg dumbbells x 2
Resistance band
Light resistance band. We recommend this.
Pilates ball
7 or 9 inch pilates ball. We recommend this.
Ankle weights
1.5kg or 2kg ankle weights (make sure they are the required weight for each weight and not the pair combined).
Resistance loop
Heavy resistance loop. We recommend this.
