I am a Level 3 teacher with over 7 years experience and I believe everybody should experience the benefits of this dicipline. Whether you wanted regular training or just a one off session to understand the fundamentals before starting a group class or you are pushed for time, I will come to your home and we will create a varied, fun programme to suit your needs.  


1-2-1 barre training

As hands on as I am in class, my attention is divided and much of the Disco Barre experience is down to the vibe and music. If you want to look like a pro during the warm up and cool down, you find yourself truly struggling with a particular exercise, your alignment or technique, a private session could be the solution.  I guarantee you will nail it fast with my 100% focus on you and only you.

I'm noticing that companies are placing far greater importance on wellbeing in the work place.  It makes sense that if their emotional, mental and physical needs are met, the workforce will be far better equipped to deal with the stresses of office life, will take less sick days and show more loyalty.    

Exercise has many proven brain boosting benefits including better concentration and focus and an improvement in memory and thinking skills and we always have such a giggle that it's a lovely bonding experience.  I can come to your office and I don't need any ballet barres or equipment, just some yoga mats.  I'll bring the good vibes and the tunes.

We are all striving towards a more balanced life and healthy hedonism is currently a big trend that has crept into the world of the 'hen do'.   

I tailor the class and music to suit the personality of the bride to be and provide some bubbles for after the class, sending you on your merry way more prepared for the retox.
