It’s time to balance the beats and the hardcore burn.
This 2 hour masterclass will include a series of intense standing and floor barre sequences with each individual section followed by a deep and long restorative stretch.
Without the ballet barre for support, the supporting leg works even harder so the calves, glutes and quads fatigue even faster, that long deep stretch at the end of each section will be pure heaven.
The Floor Barre section takes the effort of standing out of the equation so we can isolate the abs, hips, glutes and legs for strengthening, toning and then lengthening.
Props such as weights, resistance bands and straps will be used to increase the intensity and deepen the stretch.
The music is slower than usual, funky and cosmic and may just take you to another dimension!
The class will wind up with a well earned disco nap to reset the body and mind.
